What if I want 5 or more message streams?Only one Plan can be subscribed to during any given checkout process. Plan A, Plan B, or Plan C. But, you can complete two separate checkouts to subscribe to two plans. So if you want 5 message streams, you'd subcribe to Plan C and Plan A - in two separate checkouts. Both Plans will show up in your account.

I just want "such and such" message stream. How do I buy just that?Message a Day works on a subscription basis where you have access to our entire library. So for instance, say you want 90 days worth of the "Weight Motivation" message stream. Subscribe to Plan A, select "Weight Motivation" after checkout. And then after 90 days cancel your subscription. We make it very easy for you!

How do I save my favorites until the next time I visit Message a Day?
Simply click on SIGN IN/CREATE ACCOUNT on the navigation bar and create an account. Every time you log into your account, you will be able to select and save your favorites.

Will I have access to my Favorites after I checkout?Yes! After you checkout, you'll see our whole library of message streams. Your Favorites will be on the top of the list for easy selection.

What kind of flexibility is there with delivery times?Every message stream in your subscription can have its own delivery time. We can send messages on the hour or half hour.

I signed up for Plan C and only selected 3 message streams initially. How do I add my fourth?Log into your account. Click on "Select / modify message stream(s)" then under "Manage Message Streams" click on "Manage Now." You'll see our entire catalog of message streams. Three will be checked - simply check one more and click on the orange "Submit" button.

How do I change my cell phone number?Log into your account. Click on "Select / modify message stream(s)" then under "Manage Cell Phone Details" click on "Update now". Enter your changes and click on the orange "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I unsubscribe? Log into your account. Click on "View my order" then you'll see your orders. Click on the orange "View" button. At the top, you'll see an "Unsubscribe Now" link. We need 1 full business day (at LEAST 24 hours) to process an unsubscribe request before a renewal date. So if your Order Date was on the 5th, and in the current month the 5th lands on a Sunday, make sure that you unsubscribe on the morning of the 3rd so that we have 1 full business day to process your request. I have both a Plan A and a Plan C. How can I view both subscriptions?Log into your account. Click on "View my orders".

I want to change my password. How do I do that?Log into your account. Click on "Change my account password."

How often am I billed?Your subscription renews every month on the same day of the month as your order date. So if you ordered on February 5th, your subscription will renew on the 5th.

How do I change my message stream from one to another?Log into your account. Click on "Select / modify message stream(s)" then under "Manage Message Streams" click on "Manage Now." Check the box(es) next to the message stream(s) you would like to switch to and click the orange "Submit" button at the buttom of the page. Your new selection(s) should begin the next day.
